Specify your target temperature(s) below. Be sure to specify units (ºF or ºC). Calibration up to a temperature point of 1,022 ºF. Contact us directly if you need a higher point.

EDL’s Welded Wire Sensors are perfect for use in heated enclosures, ovens, vents, and ducts in HVAC applications, or wherever simple, cost-effective temperature measurements are needed. These sensors are accurate, durable, and economical. The junction is TIG welded for added strength and longevity.

Please note that standard Welded Wire Sensors do not come with our standard lead. Instead, they use 55-inch-long stranded #20-gauge thermocouple-grade wire with fused Teflon® insulation. We can also customize this wiring to suit your specific needs and temperature range. Lead options vary, including Teflon, glass, silica, and ceramic fiber, depending on the temperature specifications, with additional options available. Please get in touch with our sales team for assistance with customizations that are not available online.

This sensor is available in temperature ranges from 315 °C (600 °F) up to 1200 °C (2200 °F), depending on the version ordered. With its fast-acting response and proven track record, this versatile sensor is suitable for multiple applications. Its robust construction makes it durable and a favorite among various industries.
