EDL’s Calibration Lab will supply any sensor and instrument complete with stickers and a calibration report traceable to NIST. When purchased with a Pyrometer, choose "Match Pyrometer" and the sensor will be calibrated to the custom settings you provide for the Pyrometer.
Specify your target temperature(s) below. Be sure to specify units (ºF or ºC). Calibration up to a temperature point of 1,022 ºF. Contact us directly if you need a higher point.
Our lab will calibrate based on current standards for that industry.

EDL’s versatile Weighted Fluid Sensor is expertly crafted to sink easily into a variety of different fluids. It’s perfect for capturing precise measurements in tanks, drums, and other vessels. Made from robust stainless steel and Teflon®, this sensor is not only durable but also a breeze to clean and maintain. You’ll love the tapered sensing tip that guarantees the incredible responsiveness and accuracy we pride ourselves on at EDL.

Note: this sensor comes standard with a handy 10-foot thermocouple-grade lead instead of our standard 32” lead. If you need a longer lead or are interested in a full Teflon coating, we’re excited to discuss custom options with you.

With a remarkable temperature range up to 250 °C (500 °F), this adaptable sensor is ideal for various applications, including bottom measurements in tanks. Plus, we offer a variety of customization choices with different lead types and lengths. Available in all major thermocouple types, our sensor is built for reliable and consistent performance you can count on.
