EDL’s Threaded Bolt Sensors are ideal for monitoring engines or machinery. These sensors thread into a 3/16 – 24 UNC or 1/4 – 20 UNC standard machine thread hole size. Standard bolts are 1″ hex-head Stainless Steel. The thermocouple is internally mounted at the tip of the bolt. The lead wire is protected with a flexible strain relief for added durability. These sensors allow for monitoring of temperatures up to 315 °C (600 °F), depending on style ordered.
