Specify your target temperature(s) below. Be sure to specify units (ºF or ºC). Calibration up to a temperature point of 1,022 ºF. Contact us directly if you need a higher point.

PFA Teflon® Chemical Insertion Needle Sensor

The EDL PFA Teflon® Chemical Insertion Needle Sensor is your go-to solution for sensors that are dipped in various solutions. It allows easy and seamless cleaning thanks to its PFA coating. Most substances won’t stick, and this innovative coating also withstands a variety of acidic and alkaline solutions. Built with only Precision Limit Materials, this sensor effortlessly accommodates Type K, J, or E thermocouples, making it an ideal choice for etching, plating, and chemical cleaning tanks.

But that’s not all. The Teflon® Coated Needle Sensor can handle temperatures up to a remarkable 500 °F and comes in lengths between 2 and 12 inches. Designed as an ungrounded sensor, it features three standard diameters: 0.125 inches, 0.187 inches, and 0.250 inches. Plus, we offer custom options to perfectly match your specific needs—whether it’s lengths, lead types, diameters, transitions, and beyond.
