Surface Transfer Standard (STS) Calibrator for Cooled Applications

Initially developed for the U.S. Navy, the Surface Transfer Standard (STS) Calibrator for Cooled Applications was designed for low-temperature surface probes, thermistors, RTDs, or thermocouples—whatever the size or temperature requirement. This versatile tool allows complete flexibility for your lab and will enable you to evaluate a range of Surface Sensors and more.

EDL’s family of STS lab-grade calibrators is available in multiple sizes and configurations to accommodate any surface sensor. Precision machining by expert technicians in our U.S.-based shop guarantees accuracy, which can mean the difference between life and death in pipe fusion and oil/utility industries. Programmed and ready to use, our surfaces are all drilled to accommodate independent PRTs (sold separately), if desired. And if your needs are outside our “standard” standards, we will engineer a calibrator that is just right for you.
