Small Magnetic Surface Sensors (SHL) are used for measuring the temperature of motors, machinery, mining equipment, coating lines, or anywhere else a non-permanent mounting is required. The SHL Sensor will not alter temperature when used over long periods of time. This economical magnetic sensor has a one-minute response time once applied to the unit under test and is rated for operation up to 425 °C (800 °F).
