Self Adjusting Band Sensor

This handcrafted, spring-loaded band sensor is our fastest sensor and is ideal for accurately measuring and testing cylindrical objects. It is designed to measure diameters ranging from 0.25 inches to 1.75 inches and can withstand testing temperatures of up to 600 °F (315 °C). Originally developed for testing small diameter nozzle tips, this sensor has been improved to accommodate a wider range of diameters, making it perfect for a variety of smaller cylindrical objects.
