EDL’s Calibration Lab will supply any sensor and instrument complete with stickers and a calibration report traceable to NIST. When purchased with a Pyrometer, choose "Match Pyrometer" and the sensor will be calibrated to the custom settings you provide for the Pyrometer.
Specify your target temperature(s) below. Be sure to specify units (ºF or ºC). Calibration up to a temperature point of 1,022 ºF. Contact us directly if you need a higher point.

Roller Leaf Surface Sensor

EDL’s Roller Leaf Surface Sensor is designed to exert minimal pressure on the item being measured, allowing for accurate measurement of delicate, fast-moving flat objects without causing damage. The sensor features a latch assembly that limits the leaf extension beyond the wheels, which helps protect the thermocouple element from wear and tear.

Replaceable leafs are available for purchase, with the RLR replacement leaf offering a cost-effective solution; you can simply replace the leaf instead of the entire sensor, and it is easy to install. EDL recommends taking special care when storing this type of sensor to avoid damaging the sensing element. For applications involving higher temperature blocks or for permanent installations, please contact us for pricing and solutions.
