  • Standard Removable Well: The standard configuration accommodates three 1/4” sensors plus one removable (easy to calibrate) reference sensor, making multi-sensor calibrations efficient and straightforward.
  • Surface Sensor Testing: Ample surface area provides a stable and uniform surface, ideal for accurate surface sensor verification, not hot plate calibration, but true calibration of surface sensors guarantees consistent and precise results.

  • Precision-Engineered: Each block is drilled to your exact specifications, ensuring the proper clearance for your sensors. For example, a 0.25” diameter sensor fits perfectly in a well drilled to 0.257”.
  • Custom Sizes: Wells can be manufactured to both metric and unusual standard sizes, so your calibration setup is always tailored to your needs.
  • Surface Calibrator Insert: Special surface calibrator inserts with embedded reference thermocouples are available, empowering you to perform surface calibrations with utmost accuracy.

Designed for demanding environments, the PRI-2 offers an impressive operating range from ambient temperatures up to 650 °C (1200 °F) with its precision-machined brass block. Our PRI-1 is ideal for temperatures from ambient up to 350 °C on a precision-machined aluminum block.
