EDL’s Mini-Spade Lug Sensor is compact and lightweight in design, making it ideal for tight spaces. The standard lug easily installs with screws from #2 to #6, and the spade lug can be formed or angled for curved installations. The thermocouple junction is brazed for exceptional durability.

EDL’s Calibration Lab will supply any sensor and instrument complete with stickers and a calibration report traceable to NIST. When purchased with a Pyrometer, choose "Match Pyrometer" and the sensor will be calibrated to the custom settings you provide for the Pyrometer.
Specify your target temperature(s) below. Be sure to specify units (ºF or ºC). Calibration up to a temperature point of 1,022 ºF. Contact us directly if you need a higher point.
Our lab will calibrate based on current standards for that industry.

You’ll love how our standard lug easily installs with screws from #2 to #6, and the spade lug can be formed or angled to fit curved installations with ease. Plus, the thermocouple junction is brazed to the lug, ensuring incredible durability.

While our Mini-Spade Lug Sensor doesn’t come with the standard lead, it features a reliable stranded #24-gauge, glass-over-glass lead measuring 32 inches in length. If you’re looking for customization, we’re here to help.

With an impressive temperature range of up to 480 °C (900 °F), this sensor is an excellent choice for a wide range of applications that require precision and reliability. We can’t wait for you to experience its performance.
