EDL’s Calibration Lab will supply any sensor and instrument complete with stickers and a calibration report traceable to NIST. When purchased with a Pyrometer, choose "Match Pyrometer" and the sensor will be calibrated to the custom settings you provide for the Pyrometer.
Specify your target temperature(s) below. Be sure to specify units (ºF or ºC). Calibration up to a temperature point of 1,022 ºF. Contact us directly if you need a higher point.

Mini-Leaf Surface Sensors

Mini-Leaf Surface Sensors are like traditional Leaf Sensors, but they are smaller, measuring 1.5 inches in length and 0.375 inches in diameter. These sensors are designed to measure temperatures of small webs, fabrics, closely spaced fins, slots, or smooth flat surfaces, whether they are moving or stationary. With a lower mass, these sensors provide fast and accurate readings and can also be used in liquids. They are easy to clean, making them ideal for use in dough lines and the food industry.
