EDL’s Calibration Lab will supply any sensor and instrument complete with stickers and a calibration report traceable to NIST. When purchased with a Pyrometer, choose "Match Pyrometer" and the sensor will be calibrated to the custom settings you provide for the Pyrometer.
Specify your target temperature(s) below. Be sure to specify units (ºF or ºC). Calibration up to a temperature point of 1,022 ºF. Contact us directly if you need a higher point.
Our lab will calibrate based on current standards for that industry.

With the same advanced ceramic head and self-aligning, two-coil design found in our standard Surface Sensors, these instruments also feature an extended shank, providing unparalleled access and safety.

Experience lightning-fast response times and exceptional accuracy with every measurement. The ceramic head is firmly cemented into a durable 1-inch aluminum housing, offering shank lengths of 4, 6, or 9 inches as well as in straight, 45°, and 90° angled heads to suit your specific needs.

Complemented by a 2.5-inch aluminum handle and a convenient 3-inch plastic extension handle, our Long Shank Surface Sensors are designed for effortless operation, making them the ideal choice for professionals who demand reliability and precision.

Handle 2.5” long, 0.625” diameter Aluminum w/ 3” removable plastic extension. Please note all 2.5” black powder coated handles are subject to change in diameter based on availability of raw materials.

Lead Mini-Plug Terminated Sensors are equipped with our 32” long, thermo- couple grade, stranded #20-gauge wire with Teflon® insulation and twisted with Stainless Steel Overbraid with additional lead options available
