For most companies that survive multiple decades, the name of the business game is diversification-extending their reach into different industries and product lines. For over 80 years, EDL has had a singular focus: designing and manufacturing the finest temperature measuring products available – including the Nervo-Scope® – the premier diagnostic tool used by Chiropractors around the world and an industry favorite since the early 50’s.
Since we first opened our doors, we have been committed to providing outstanding customer experiences and excellent value with utmost integrity. Our production core has remained steadfast and we hold to our goals. We are a fully integrated manufacturer (no outsourcing), and we are based in the U.S.A. In addition to engineering and manufacturing thousands of standard temperature instruments and sensors, we offer custom engineering for process measurement and control. Our expert team provides a variety of services to help keep your manufacturing or production facility running seamlessly. Our customers come from nearly every global industry, including plastics, pipe fusion, utility, power and gas, nuclear, petrochemical, bio-medical, glass, food and beverage, construction, pipeline, and more.

Every EDL employee takes ownership in each of our products and cares about the company that will ultimately use that product.
