Self-Adhesive Thermocouples
EDL Self-Adhesive thermocouples utilize a high strength Teflon® or Kapton® tape that incorporates a high temperature Silicone adhesive. Inside this tape is an embedded #30 or #36 gauge fine wire thermocouple. This fine gauge thermocouple provides excellent sensitivity and extremely fast response.
Self-Adhesive thermocouples are available in all thermocouple types and may be ordered with all terminations. Custom lengths are available and extension cables may be used to aid in connecting.
Tape may be trimmed as needed for your particular applicatlon, we reccomend maintaning at least 1/2" of adhesive for a good bond.
