Cryo-Cal-ll
Cryostat Calibrator
EDL's new Cryogenic Calibrator is a passively cooled Cryostat that allows you to calibrate temperature measurement devices from -196°C (77K) to ambient, at an affordable price. The cooling media is Liquid Nitrogen (LN2), this eliminates the need for costly and noisy cascade compressors. In addition, the Cryo-Cal-ll uses less than Four liters of Liquid Nitrogen for a filling.
No moving parts
No compressors
No bulky expensive bath
No expensive Freons
No maintenance
The Gold plated equalization block greatly reduces corrosion and oxidation, thus adding to the stability and uniformity of the system.
The Cryo-Cal-ll is easy to use, you can use the RS232 connection for direct communication with your computer or just dial the temperature right on the display. Stable dwell times of over 60 minutes are acheivable for any temperature from -196°C to +10°C.
